Hi I'm Mike Dunitz, welcome to the South Bay.   I have been a resident of the South Bay since 1976 and I have over 25 years of brokerage experience in the area.  With every transaction I learn something new, and with each passing year I become a better broker.

I am known for my integrity, negotiating skills, and for always delivering exceptional personal service.   Most of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients.

I graduated with honors from the University of Michigan and I have graduate-level training in architecture.  I also have extensive experience with construction, remodeling, and commercial real estate.  I am knowledgeable about local schools through my involvement as a Director of the Manhattan Beach Education Foundation, and as a father of two children in Manhattan Beach schools.  I hold a brokers (rather than a salespersons) license, I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and I have earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS).
